At Always Able, we work with people with disabilities and their support network to help them meet their goals. Even though the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has changed the way people access disability care, they offer you the freedom to choose who supports you and the flexibility to work with a range of service providers.

It’s because our team has worked with NDIS, we’re able to provide quality care in your home and out in the community. We know that our team is our greatest asset, so when someone from our team visits a participant, we’re confident that they will provide the best service every time.
Custom-Tailored Service Plans
Some of our participants find that government-subsidised services don’t meet their needs for in-home care. Other participants prefer to top up their home care packages with additional services. Whatever you need, we can help. We will always find the right person to work with you.

Supported Holidays and Travel
(for all participants in all regions across NSW)
Always Able can provide participants with caring support for one-on-one or group holidays and travel. We can accompany participants to a variety of travel destinations in Australia and overseas, whether for day trips or entire weeks away. We also offer transport to appointments (medical, legal, family etc.).
We cater for all needs, all mobilities, most behaviours (we do not cater for extreme violent behaviour).
All ages and all abilities, all members of the community.
We provide personal care, social support, wheelchairs, all levels of needs on our holidays. We do not like to see anyone miss out on life experiences.

Respite Services
Respite Care
Everyone needs a break sometimes. If your caregiver can’t be with you for any reason, we have support staff who can support you until your care giver is back on board. You may also like to have a break and come to our respite house. Rural, peaceful, lots to do and see. Located on the mid north coast. Everyone welcome.
24-Hour Live-In Support
If you need support throughout the day and the evening, we can help. We’ll match you with the most appropriate staff to provide care when you need it.

You now have greater flexibility than ever when choosing who comes into your home to support you, thanks to NDIS plans and private funding. We can provide In Home support with:

You have the right to shower comfortably and get dressed at your own pace. Our staff understands how important it is to respect your independence while also providing the support you need.

Transport
Being independent means having the ability to get out into your community. If you need assistance getting to an appointment or heading to a social event, our team can help.
Social Support
Being able to do the activities you love is an important part of living your life. Our team is on hand when you would like companionship over a cup of tea or someone to accompany you to social functions. We can assist you to achieve your goals whatever they may be. We can teach social skills eg travelling on public transport, social communications, how to access community activities.

Whether it’s weekly, fortnightly or yearly, we’ll make sure your house is kept how you like it. If you need a hand with laundry or changing your bed linen, we can help. Our team is ready to lend a hand with all your cleaning needs.
